Gilbert Nassib has more than two decades of experience with leading risk management organizations and healthcare clients.   Over the years, he has been actively involved in designing innovative, self-insured programs including complex structures such as a Workers’ Compensation captive for physicians.

Gil is a proven leader and skillful negotiator, building integrated delivery networks, hospital and physician PPO networks, and commercial risk bearing organizations for companies such as International Physicians Group, Allmerica Financial Group and Americhoice Health Services.

Gil’s unique approach to physician integration and risk retention had a positive impact on his networks’ improving loss ratios.  His philosophy of requiring participating providers to assume a certain portion of the financial risk was a driving force in these insurance programs.  Another aspect of this insurance partnership was the implementation of “physician panels” to handle Workers’ Compensation claims presented to the participating insurance carriers.  This practice enabled highly skilled physicians to get medically involved early in the recovery and rehabilitation phases of WC claims resulting in shorter return to work times and lower claims costs.

Gil holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.  He lives in West Chester, PA. and enjoys golf.
